DPD Tracking respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond quickly to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on DPD Tracking infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to danishiqbal66666@gmail.com that includes the following:

  • Your full name, address, phone number and email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on DPD Tracking where the infringing material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Please use “DMCA Takedown Request” as the email subject so we can identify and handle your request faster.

How DPD Tracking Handles DMCA Notices

Once we receive a complete and valid notice, DPD Tracking will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content, usually within 2–5 working days. We may also contact the person who published the content to let them know.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you submitted was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to danishiqbal66666@gmail.com including:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email address
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

DPD Tracking may remove content and block access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

False Claims

Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including legal costs.
